Working on the Tuleap interface overhaul

We’ve started an ergonomic audit and conduct some user interviews in order to address the usability issues of Tuleap.

By meeting actual users, from the trenches, we get a better understanding of what they do in their working environment, what is important, and how the product can meet their needs. The interviews will be led by ergonomist Laurie Guetat. Her mission is to provide us with recommendations and guidelines for Tuleap developers to improve the overall user experience. Here is her first usability report on Tuleap.

From now, we are interviewing Tuleap users, and collecting feedback. If you would like to help, please send any opinons and backgroud to Nicolas with some detail on you:
– Age, gender,b…
– Personal experience
– Job title & Business domain
– Level of expertise on Tuleap (Power user, regular user, non-user)
– Specific usage of Tuleap, specific needs
– Current satisfaction rating with Tuleap
– Did they use another similar tool? Which one?

Breaking news: interviewees will get goodies 😉
